Metal casting is the oldest and economical manufacturing process for mass products. Typical casting of metal involves a three-step process of pouring liquid metal into a mold, allowing it to harden and removig it from the mold. The output of the material depends on a number of factors such as the channel type, the composition of the printing sand, the casting time, etc. Therefore, we conducted an simulation casting with software Altaire inspire cast 2019.2 in order to compare the casting defects we did with the simulations results. By comparing the casting defects and the software simulations, we cand get the information about the causes that can distinguish between defects in software and defects in actual condition
