DESIGNING CUSTOM TYPEFACE FESTIVAL TERBUKA JARANAN TRENGGALEK AND ITS APPLICATION TO VISUAL IDENTITY

Festival Jaranan Terbuka Trenggalek until now still postponed because pandemic and does not have an official visual identity as an image that can reflect the consistent jaranan culture and professionalism of a festival organization at the moment. Seeing these problems, custom typefaces possibly an effective solution that can be taken so that the festival can run again. Custom typefaces can also create an identity that will be used into digital marketing media, and as merchandise that can provide income for the festival. Besides custom typeface can also represent Yaksa Turangga culture as cultural identity Trenggalek, through the shape of letters. The final results that have been achieved from this design consist of the Custom Typeface Font Abiasta regular and semi condensed, Visual Identity which uses the Abiasta typeface as the festival logotype, with Brand Guideline and collateral Festival as well.
