Abstract
Computable Urban Economic models (CUE models), which are formulated based on the behavior of households and firms with microeconomic principles, are used to evaluate urban policies because it can predict the distribution of households, businesses, traffic volume, and land prices with the shocks given by these policies. However, existing models have some difficulties for analyzing the impact of policies in detail for each industry basis and that human flow related. This study builds a CUE model that can provide the impact from these points in addition to general indicators such as distribution of households and firms. Furthermore, this study can analyze the effect of infrastructure development in Hanoi and suggests some information about the prioritization of urban policies using the model built, as a case study.
