Batu City of East Java has a very high tourist attraction, where the number of visitors every year has increased significantly due to several tours including agro and flower tourism, nature tourism, cultural tourism, recreational tourism, special interest tourism and historical tourism. The existence of various tourist spots causes traffic jams. Therefore, an innovation was needed to handling and developing Objek dan Daya Tarik Wisata (ODTW), especially in meeting the needs of connectivity and alternatives in dealing with traffic jams caused by the high number of visitors, especially on holidays. Traffic jams on holidays occurs due to the lack of main and alternative roads. The construction of a cable car or gondola can be used as an alternative link between one tour to other and as an alternative solution to traffic jams in Batu City. Determination of the location of the station and the cable car model must be adjusted with the pattern of tourist attractions and tourist travel.
